Manager of Operations and Assistant Director of Adult Learning Join the NRC
In April 2015, Stacey Hart and Diane Venzera joined the Northwestern University School of Professional Studies as the manager of operations and assistant director of adult learning respectively for the National Resource Center (NRC) for Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes (OLLI).
Stacey comes to Northwestern from the University of California system where she worked as a program specialist for International Study Abroad programs. Prior to this position she had broad operations and conference administration experience in a corporate environment for a national association of health professionals, along with experience in event coordination in higher education. Stacey earned her Masters of Arts in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Stacey’s work with the NRC will focus on network communications and technologies; data collection and analysis; and coordination and administration of the Osher Institute National Conferences.
Diane has extensive experience in adult learning through Unity Worldwide Ministries, where she has served as a curriculum designer and consultant throughout the Great Lakes Region and through her independent practice in curriculum design and trainings for national conferences. Additionally, she served as the staff volunteer coordinator for a Chicago-based non-profit organization centering on at-risk youth. Diane earned her M. Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology from the American College of Education in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University. Diane’s work with the NRC will focus on instructional design activities for Osher Institutes; online learning development for staff and volunteers; and content development for the Osher Institute National Conferences.
